The Ministry of information and Communications of Vietnam issued letter 2361/BTTTT- KHCN on implementation of Circular 02/2022/TT-BTTTT replacing the Circular 11/2020/TT-BTTTT and Circular 01/2021/TT-BTTTT. The list applies only to products and goods having an HS code and descriptions equal to indicated in the list. The Circular 02/2022/TT-BTTTT became effective from July 1st, 2022.
