The National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission of Thailand (NBTC) issued two national technical standards NBTC TS 1036-2563 and NBTC TS 1037-2563 The laws became effective on February 1, 2020.
NBTC TS 1036-2563 establishes the minimum RF technical characteristics and minimum performance requirements for NR User Equipment operating in International Mobile Telecommunications (IMT) Services using IMT 2020 Technology.
Operating frequencies for these equipment must comply with the IMT frequency plan or requirements prescribed by the NBTC.
Now the User Equipment in International Mobile Telecommunications (IMT) Services using IMT 2020 Technology must comply with following requirements:
