The Telecommunication Engineering Centre (TEC) of India revised Annexes to Essential Requirements and issued version 2.10 that contains details of standards specified in essential requirements as well as test requirements. 

The document contains 53 annexures, IP Conformance Test Cases for RFCs with 11 tables and 40 test procedures. 

Among key changes there are the following:

1. Safety requirements: Annex A1 was supplemented as follows:

2. Annexes G4-G6 were added and contain information on:

• Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE)/ ZigBee/ 6LowPAN operating on frequency bands from 2.400 to 2.4835 GHz
• LoRa/ SigFox/ RFID / RF Mesh operating on frequency bands from 865 MHz to 867 MHz
• RFID/ NFC operating on frequency bands from 50KHz to 200KHz or from 13.553 MHz to 13.567MHz

3. Annexure Q was added and contains 8 variants for Optical Fibre (Single Mode) Tests, namely: 

• Variant 1: ITU-T G.652.D 
• Variant 2: ITU-T G.655 
• Variant 3: ITU-T G.656 
• Variant 4: ITU-T G.657.A1
• Variant 5: ITU-T G.657.A2 
• Variant 6: ITU-T G.657.B3
• Variant 7: ITU-T G.654.D
