The European Commission is implementing decision (EU) 2021/1992 “On harmonised standards for toys drafted in support of Directive 2009/48/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council”. The document was published in Official Journal on November 16, 2021. In this Decision, the European Commission revises the list of standards that can be applicable to toys as a presumption of conformity with Directive 2009/48/EC - Toy Safety Directive (TSD). 

When manufacturers use the requirements of the following harmonised standards in the process of toys production, such toys can be considered in compliance with Directive 2009/48/EC:
