The EEC Board issued Decision No 77 of June 29, 2021 “on the lists of international and regional or national standards that allow to ensure the compliance to the requirements of the EAEU technical regulations "Electromagnetic compatibility of technical means" (EAEU TR 020/2011) on the voluntary bases.
Each EAEU TR contains two lists of the interrelated standards that are an integral part of the Technical Regulations and help to check the compliance of product to the requirements of the technical regulations via the relevant standards that contain requirements to the product and rules and methods of research (testing) and measurements, including the rules for sampling necessary for the application and fulfillment of the requirements of the technical regulation.
So, according to the Decision 77 such two lists of standards to the EAEU 020/2011 ("Electromagnetic compatibility of technical means") have been revised and the number of standards are to be excluded from the list from July 1, 2022. Among them, such standards as:
The decision comes in force in 180 days from the date of its publication. Thus, the Decision will become effective from December 28, 2021.
