Serbia's RATEL Announces New Public Consultations on Radio Frequency Regulations

On April 1, 2024, The Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services (RATEL) in Serbia has announced three public consultations. These consultations aim to address the use and regulations of radio frequency bands, as well as testing procedures for electronic communication equipment.

This consultation focuses on defining how radio frequencies in the specified range will be allocated and used.
  2. Draft Regulations on the Determination of the Radio-Frequency Allocation Plan in the 880-915/925-960 MHz Radio Frequency Bands
Similar to the previous consultation, this one addresses the allocation and usage of radio frequencies within the 880-915 MHz and 925-960 MHz bands.
