India Issues Amendments to MTCTE Regime for Phases III and IV

Telecommunication Engineering Center (TEC) of India issued a notification on January 31, 2022 that informs about amendment with respect to the testing and certification of telecommunication equipment under Phases III and IV of MTCTE regime.

Thus, it was decided to postpone the date when certification under Phase IV for “EMI/EMC & safety” becomes mandatory to July 1, 2022

The date of acceptance for test results issued by labs accredited under ILAC was amended as follow:
