On June 29, 2021, the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) published Decision No. 77. This Decision updates the list of standards that ensure the compliance with the requirements of the EAEU technical regulation "Electromagnetic compatibility of technical means" (EAEU TR 020/2011) when using on a voluntary basis and the list of standards for the rules and methods of research (testing) and measurements including the rules of sampling required for the satisfying requirements of the EAEU technical regulations "Electromagnetic compatibility of technical means" (EAEU TR 020/2011) and conformity assessment of products.
This document cancels the Decision of the Customs Union 879, which contains the initial lists of standards to EAEU TR 020/2011.
The GMA Consult Group notifies our subscribers that the range of standards is revised, and the previous versions will be cancelled once the transition period is ended. For some standards the transition period ends on July 1, 2022 for others it is March 1, 2023.

Decision 77 will enter into force 180 days after its publication. It means that conformity assessment documents that contain cancelled standards must be revised (if any) after December 28, 2021.
