The decision 151 of the EEC Council on amending the list of products that require the submission of conformity documents within EAEU TR 010/2011 "On the safety of machines and equipment" requirements has officially been approved on November 26, 2021. 

Thus, Decision 151 changed the list of products that was approved by Decision No 6 of the EEC Council dated by January 16, 2018. 

The changes in the list of products were derived from introduction of the new EAEU HS Code nomenclature edition that will be effective from January 1, 2022. 

 So, HS codes will be updated for the following product groups:

• Garage tools for vehicles and trailers
• Stripping equipment, equipment for cleaning works and excavation support
• Shaft lift and mine transport equipment
• Chemical and oil and gas processing equipment
• Gas cleaning and dust collection equipment
• Paper-making equipment
• Technological equipment and apparatus for applying paint and varnish coatings to mechanical engineering products
• Industrial tractors
• Technological equipment for logging, timber yard and timber floating
• Technological equipment for the peat industry
• Air heaters and air coolers
• Technological equipment for the glass, porcelain, earthenware and cable industries

The Decision became effective on January 1, 2022.
